ENTRY FEE FOR AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS – MULTIPLE ENTRIES
This Consulate General would like to inform that from next December 20th 2010 Australian citizens traveling on Australian Passports as a tourist or for business purposes, will be required to pay an entry fee to enter Argentina, as per the following information:
1 – For Australian citizens the entry fee (100 American Dollars) payable at the International Airport “Ministro Pistarini”, will be valid for multiple entries into Argentina for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial entry.

ENTRY REQUEST FEE
When entering Argentine Territory, the nationals of the following countries, Australia, Canada and USA, must pay a “reciprocity fee” in accordance with the following chart:
Australians: USD 100.-
Canadians: USD 70.-
Americans: USD 131.-
The payment of this “reciprocity fee” IS NOT A VISA since Argentina does not require visa to nationals of the mentioned countries when traveling for tourism or business purposes.
The Argentine Government set this entry fee on equal amounts to those Argentine citizens must pay when requesting a Visa to travel to those countries.

Argentine pesos, United States Dollars, Credit cards,Traveller’s check.
